People are so ignorant most of the time when it comes to "advertising" on that site via chat rooms whether it be for meeting a provider or acquiring controlled substances.

I know im not even seeing anyone i dont know from there and deleting everyone i dont know off my friends list it is crazy!

Wow... I know one of those dudes. He's a psycho prick that unfortunately used to be my neighbor, and somewhat of a friend 4 years ago. Not saying which, but man am I glad karma is biting him in the ass right now.
