How do I add a picture to my profile?

I am reading reviews and see people with little pictures to the left of the text and want to show my favor but can not seem to find an edit option under my profile.

To the left is a user cp . Click that . Go down about 1 1/2 inches and click edit avatar . Choose one , then go to bottom and click save changes .
