"Like" Buttons?

Do the "Like" buttons on this site link to Facebook? That could be embarassing/damaging if I were to accidentally click on one.

It's good to think paranoid these days. You never know what's going to link back to something else, the way everything is tracked.

Geez, Facebook even tracks you if you don't sign up because your friends will leak information about you.
