Recently, I struggled with my hosting provider to get my Website back up (which they tell me it is finally working and has propagated - hurray!). However, I have now been informed that some of my emails (actually, a good portion of them) have either not been delivered or have been deleted after viewing, and those that I may have replied to may not appear in my "sent items" folder. As many of you know, I also use a virtual switchboard that forwards voicemail and text to me via email. I use the hosting company's web-mail product to insure that my personal computer does not cache any correspondence, and the virtual switchboard (913-538-1739) is set to delete the items once they have been forwarded to my email. I have made modifications today that will limit the possibility of an error such as this from happening again, but this is effecting my ability to not only reply to some email, voice and text, but also to return P411 appointment requests in a timely fashion - and some may be lost. If you have sent a request for pre-screening via P411, or an appointment request via P411, AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY FROM ME, please re-send that correspondence, as those requests are not stored at P411 directly in a manner in which I may access them, they are only forwarded to me via email.
I am now having to go back through every correspondence from a back-up system and that also means I do not have my schedule or requests for the next two days available in a manner that is searchable. I will reconfirm all the appointments I have set for the next two days no later than midnight tonight, if the result of this error leads anyone to be overlooked, or if you had made a request for later this week at a specific time and I have not gotten back to you, or our communication has abruptly stopped, I apologize profusely. I am trying to dig out from under this mess the best that I am able. I will be in touch soon.
I would absolutely be horrified if I may inadvertently suffer a NC/NS over this situation, I don't believe I have ever had a NC/NS my entire career, as I generally re-confirm all of my appointments "day of", if possible, so that could not happen - and it should not happen in this instance. I ask for your patience and forgiveness while I reconstruct my communications and put any requests back in the order they were received. This will slow my ability to process ECCIE PM also, as I am dealing with reconstructing all other communication and it has slowed things to a crawl. I should have this sorted out late tonight as I am able - I thank you for you patience.
Please accept my sincere apologies if you are effected by this unfortunate situation - I am going as quickly as I am able to rectify the situation both effectively and fairly for all those that may be impacted by these events.
I would also like to take a moment and apologize to anyone that I may have been short with today or that I may have spoken with by telephone and the conversation or the texts didn't seem "right" or may have appeared "out of character" for a professional such as myself, as I take pride of my reputation in this endeavor . . . This situation has been overwhelmingly, incredibly stressful, and I may not have seemed like myself today in several conversations, I do offer my sincere apologies.
Kisses,
- Jackie
