Mo Money, Mo Problems

I should be receiving a disability settlement soon and my understanding is you are not allowed to save or invest the money and if you don't spend it within 30 days they take the money back. I figured the hot springs have healing powers that can help with disabilities. After I am healed, I was hoping to enjoy the other attractions of Central Arkansas. So, what else is there to do in Central Arkansas and where are the best areas to stay? Also, Arkansas does not seem to have a large quantity of providers so what is the best way to ensure that I have company during my recovery? Or should I do the responsible thing and get a snow plow attachment for winter?
