Well, our stimulus cash is still being used well. Even the federal government, after trying to prop up "green" factories here, still buys their "green" equipment from China.

This does not surprise me.
There are many buy American clauses that the government ignores.
This is especially true if the liberals are the ones trying to circumvent the rules.
