            Problem is that the team has lost a lot of people familiar with the triangle offense.  That offense takes a lot of time to learn.  If Howard could hit a free throw they would have won a couple of games.  It has bewildered me for years that someone making $15+ million a year cannot hit 70% of his free throws.             Well I heard this morning that mike d'antoni  was hired as the next la lakers coach Phil Jackson was stunned when learning about the choice and a lot of the commentaters  were also stunned they did not hire Phil. I was shocked I wanted to see Phil be coach I have been a lakers fan a long tine
