Tipping

I tip. I believe that good service deserves recognition, and it makes me happy to do so.
I also believe that, on a return visit, I am likely to get better service as well.

So, as a client, am I chump or champ? I've received many negative comments via pms from guys on my tipping habits after reviews are posted. The point they all make is that the guys who tip get exactly the same quality of service as those who don't......they just pay more.

Ok, I've lit the fuse. Anyone want to handle this stick of dynamite?
No, the guys who tip are more likely to not only better service, but the lady will probably go out of her way to make sure you get the day/time slot you want and maybe little extras. But, that's MY opinion and not fact. It is fact in my case though, I can't speak for any other lady.

The guys who send PM's or post saying don't tip, don't tip....you're going to ruin it for the rest of us.......they don't want to tip nor do they want to pay a higher rate.

If they have tipped in the past and received the same service, what's wrong with that? Tipping someone is just a person's way of showing appreciation.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion on tipping, no one is right or wrong, but one shouldn't be bitched at because he does tip nor should someone who doesn't tip be bitched at.

I notice no one has picked up the dynamite in a few days...I watched this one from a distance figuring it was sure to explode.

I second MsE's perspective. Do it if it feels good, don't if it doesn't, and don't chastise either way.

I recently commented in another area that I tip when the service was top notch. I'd like to amend that here...it's not. I tip when a provider has gone out of her way to accomodate me...It's my way of saying "thank you." As I think about it...I probably should tip more, but I doubt I will because I'm a tight wad business man at my core. As I recall I was the only poster who admitting to tipping....at least when I posted, maybe Grits has posted too. I do think, as Elena points out, that those of us who tip - at least once in a while - will get preferential booking. IJS
I guess it's kind of a personal thing. I've heard stories of guys who don't want sex, but just want to take a pretty lady out shopping and buy her stuff. That's what floats their boat.

Now, I don't exactly have multiple orgasms as the Benjamins are floating out of my wallet, but it DOES make me feel good when a lady has gone out of her way to make a nice time for me.....and I can thank her.

I've found that so many people in this business....guys and gals.....can be manipulative. I was just looking for a gut check.

I, too, am surprised that more didn't rise to the challenge.
