You have to do your homework. Google the telephone number posted. Does it show multiple names in recent posts? Probably not the lady in the ad if you go see her. Use GIS on the pics. Fake pics is a red flag. Check to see if there are reviews of her on here. There are some excellent finds on BP but you really have to be careful.
