It's That Time of Year!

Just like clockwork, a Nebraska state senator has introduced a bill to regulate escort services.

Seems the senator is focused on the tip of the iceberg...and even at that, it would prove difficult to enforce without substantially increasing LE resources. If it passes I'll be looking for "tour(ing) guides." LOL

It won't pass. That bill had a great chance of passing about 15 yrs ago when there were 3 pages of "escort services" in the yellow pages. Then they could've regulated it to a point. But, now there are too many indys and touring ladies to try to keep up with them.

I believe I read somewhere that they tried something similiar with strip clubs. But, they came too late to the party. Most the strip clubs closed up and/or moved out the city limits.
