Where is Al Gore when you need him.

Just so all of you in the NY will feel better, it is 4 PM in the afternoon in Houston, sunny and 68 degrees.
And we don't have a City, County, or State Income Tax either.
And we can buy guns, shoot guns, and do pretty damned well what we please without some billionaire mayor slapping our fingers with the ruler.
I think I will go to the Gun Range, and on the way buy me a 48 ounce fountain drink.

And Joe you forgot my favorite: Houston (and Harris County) has NO zoning. The ultimate libertarian city !

Lovely afternoon - just got back from 11 mile run in the evening sun.
Enjoy it while you can...Houston is great for a lot of reasons, but the weather isn't one of them............

Nope; your question shows what an economic illiterate you are............you probably also think big deficits are a good thing for job growth.
