Do no-call-no-show reviews get deleted? I understand the no PA credit, that's not a problem, but if they don't stay where users can see them then what good are they as warnings?

If everybody puts the provider name in the title along with NCNS, they should be pretty easy to find with a search. Since there was no activity, they don't qualify as a review.

The mods generally move them when they are posted in the review section. You won't need to recreate it.
