You are setting yourself up for a trip to the ER once the infection sets in and you are unable to bear the pain. STAPH infection would only be the first of your worries. I usually stop when somebody has reached their pain limits, but there has been tears lots of guys think they can handle strap-on play until I'm actually doing it. I would make sure to use a lot of lube involved either way.
