My friend Sweet AMY is trying to become a member here. She filled out the little form, but it keeps telling her, that she is using the wrong username and password.

This is her 1st time she has been on eccie. Any help?? when asked for her e mail address to re send the password, it keeps saying eccie doesn't recognize her e mail address.
she clicks on the form to contact the administrator, but it won't let her from her computer. What does she have to do now??

What kind of email address is she using? I don't know what that would happen.

I don't know why she would have trouble. Maybe there's something else she's doing wrong. Without going through the process myself I couldn't tell you. I'll pass this along to the administrators and see if they can help.

Please ask her to email us at websupport@eccie.net from the email address she will be using.
Include the exact username, email address and location and we will get her set up.
