Among other stuff, I'm a certified hypnotist. A couple of times, I've encountered civie ladies with a fetish for what I would describe as hypnotic domination.
Now, in reality, this is entirely fantasy. The trance can be real enough, but the lady isn't REALLY bereft of free-will. It is just her fantasy that she is.
What I have definitely found it useful for, though, is increased sensitization. For example, having a woman cum by rubbing her thumb gently and having her imagine that anything she feels on her thumb she also feels on her clit.
