I am probably coming to Cambridge on business (other than this biz!!) and I might even work a little "fun" in as Lea Madisson!!

What I always want to know, is where is the best places to stay and the best places for food. I am particularly interested in local Cambridge fare since I won't be in Boston proper!

Any suggestions?

And if I do decide to meet some of you, I will advertise shortly!

Smooch!

I would say the Central Square area is you're best bet. Harvard Square has become a tourist trap, and Kendall Sq is just all businesses.

Depends what type of food you like, but check out Craigie on Main between Central and Kendall for some fancy dining.

As for staying - There are some nice hotels near the Cambridgeside Galleria and MIT. Some in Harvard too, but I don't know them well.
