Planning a visit to ATL advice please!

Hey guys! I am planning a visit to ATL. I would be very grateful for some advice and information on good areas to stay and any areas that should be avoided.

I visit Atlanta often as a hobbyist and I have found Buckhead and the Perimeter Areas to be very nice and safe. It's a highly supplied market so it's kind of competitive from your side of the business but visiting providers that do a good job promoting their visits seem to do well.
