They're still open in Houston... However, in the same vicinity in Austin where Katz was is 24 Diner... definitely good eats especially after a night on 6th.

Sadly, I think Katz's closed about 10 years ago. It's been a while. They had one hell of a sandwich though, and were the best (only) place to eat at 3:45 in the morning after a long night of studying/drinking.
