Stay out of Grandview, Mo

The cops have been thick, and have been pulling people over all evening. They apparently are bored in their little 14. something square mile city.

Are they only pulling over providers and hobbyists, or are they pulling over teens and grandmas, as well, who are speeding, have broken tail lights, and/or are running red lights?
