The Line Item Veto.....I guess we now have it.

For years, one of the big items that always comes up before Congress is changing the laws so that the President can pick items he does not like about a Bill sent to him for signing and just veto those cherry picked items, rather than having a " all or nothing" veto as it now exist.

But, it seems that by simply ignoring certain parts of existing laws, changing parts of laws he doesn't like, or simply ignoring the entire law, The President has, by default, instituted his own version of The Line Item Veto.

Of course, the Congress could proceed with the Constitutional Remedy, that being impeachment, but as long as the Senate is too busy sucking The President's dick and kissing his ass, that is a moot point.

So, we get more of the same.
