I am a fat guy. When meeting a lady for the first time I always tell them that if they are uncomfortable with my fatness they are free to tell me to leave with no harm done. No one has kicked me out yet.

There was one lady back in the spring of 2010 who I could tell was uncomfortable with me. I never went back.

I have heard of a few ladies who absolutely do not want anything to do with fat guys. I appreciate their honesty and steer clear of them.

So that brings me to this question....would a provider appreciate knowing ahead of time if you are over-weight - obese? Should their ad's say "no FA clients" (Fat-Ass)? What's the cutoff? 50lbs, 100lbs, or more?

Play as you can, cut back in the caloric intake (easy way is to eat what you like but cut back on the big-ass portions they serve nowadays), workout and set an attainable set of milestones on your way to dropping the 50lbs.... As I write this, I am in a hospital bed having just had back (disc) surgery....fixed an old injury so I can train with my SO for a family 10k run in July 2013.... Life altering changes are really just a series of smaller changes linked together. Good luck!
