It should be a head to head (pun intended) duel on each guy. Each girl goes for a minute then switches (coin flip to determine who is first). Who ever gets the nut wins that round. This can be a round robin or tournament format based on numbers. This could even be a league event with a season of competitions where both providers and hobbyists get a ranking before the final tournament. We could report results on the board so it would be easier to schedule. I think it should be a 75-25 split between winner and loser, guys don't get anything besides great head and a variety of women giving it to them :-).
