I'll take one from you or Whizman instead. The name Bertha reminds me of big and grumpy. Originally Posted by Graceutr

Hi Grace, I text you yesterday to about a reference. Please feel free to use that number to contact me. I can explain EVERYTHING you need to do about this. Yes, definitely need an attorney to pull your driving record and evaluate what points can be removed! In case you don't see this, I'll flip you a text a little later... Not sure if you are a morning person! Lol

...and gentlemen and boys, she WILL be needing some searching cause lawyers cost a bit where I come from. So get on that!!
Good thing you ended up looking at the date wrong and didn't miss court, but if you ever do miss a court date, they have walk-in dockets at 7am (get there at 6:45) and a judge will lift the warrant and set you a new court date OR You can pay an attorney $250 to make a call and get your warrant lifted and a new court date set. I missed my court date last year and didn't feel like getting up at 6 am so I paid an attorney LOL.

Glad its all good though!

I missed a court date on a ticket I got for illegal tint on windows and expired license. What do I do now?
I've never missed court before and absolutely clueless.

It was pure accident that I missed court, I just forgot about the ticket since I got it like 2 months ago and only just found it when I was digging for my speeding ticket.
Can anyone recommend an attorney? Do I need an attorney?
Also, I looked on the court docket for Wichita and I cant found my case... My ticket is kinda beat up and I don't know the exact day I was suppose to be in court...

Now we know that they can't do outcalls either, due to window tint or expired tags.
