one bad review out of ten pretty much speaks for its self. who knows the lady could have a bad day we are human or the guy had different expectations. i have not personally read the review and i am not taking sides. as far as the pm's are concerned, you can not post them here because it would be in violation of the rules. i would recommend though not deleting them and keep them just in case you need them for future reference. a mod would have to correct me on this if i am wrong, but if he does harass you down the line you might be able to share the pm's with the mods to look through. again i am not sure if they can or can't do that. they would have to answer that. but deleting them would be a mistake. this would show a pattern and harassment if he does continue harassing you. always keep the bad pm's to cover your butt, because you will never know when you might need them. ijs
