Real, any size though I have seen some fakes that looked and felt real.

It depends on the shape, firmness and lack of droop. There are good and bad, big and little, real and fake ones.

I prefer small to medium well shaped naturals on a slim body. However, I also like medium to medium large well done implants.

There are a couple of specific plastic docs in KC who do excellent work and I have seen many of their clients over the years. I have also seen some mediocre or lousy implants by other docs.

One of my regulars retired last year. She had medium large very well shaped implants. I replaced her with a slim/hardbody with basically no breasts at all. My other regular has perfectly shaped small naturals.

Fake boobs are good to look at, but I have not felt a set of fake boobs that could compare to the real thing. I don't care if they are big or small, as long as they look good on the body they are on, I am a happy camper.

Natural! I love them natural, big little saggy, or perky makes no difference. I do have a little bit of a preference towards bigger nipples.

bigger rather than little.. anything less than a big B or C won't make my "to do" list.

There is no such thing as fake boobs. They are all real when they are in your face.
