Imagine young ladies with weak English and/or business skills. Like many providers (but definitely not all) they also do not have much in the way of work experience/skills. Latina agencies advertise or they hear from word of mouth of a job that offers a chance to make 3,4,500 bucks a day.

The folks who run the agency know the formula: offer reasonably young, pretty and talented ladies for a decent donation. Rent a mid-price apartment, teach someone to screen, and your overhead will be low, profit great if you have one or two stars. So the ladies make money and the management makes money. Nobody, for the most part, gets rich, but the system works.

A misconception is the Agency ladies see 5 or 6 guys a day. A few get hot and do...for a while. But the average agency lady is lucky if she sees 2-3 guys. Many see 1 or none for days at a time. We joke about the way the agency ladies always move around to different agencies. Usually, it is not personality driven, but economically driven. They were once hot at agency A. But the new girl(s) are getting all the business. "Maybe I will do better at Agency B."

There are guys more expert in the Houston agencies than me, but I am certainly one expert. I have known the ladies, the managers and the owners. The Houston Latina agencies are not sexual slavers. The ladies are free to quit free to move free to take time off.
