Cast iron grill in Lubbock?

I am in loveeee with the pancakes...

Or anyone have any suggestions of any yummy places to eat in Lubbock midland or Amarillo???

Italian Garden - 13th and Ave Q, it is bring you own wine....good homemade Italian
Wild Burger - nice burger joint with lots to offer
Freddies (chain burger joint) at 82nd and Frankford
The office bar - great food for a bar except it still allows smoking
The Gastropub has a wonderful brunch menu on Sundays

Ooo I can vouch that their pies are to die for.. I'm looking forward to my next visit as I'm going to try a couple more.. Mississippi mud! And I also want to try lunch... So far the wedding cake pancakes are stealing my heart..

For Steak, Saltgrass Steakhouse in Midland was good, but my steak was free since I was doing Telecom work for them.

Longhorn Steakhouse has great happy hour. I like Shrimp tacos for $5.

Chuys has free nacho bar during happy hour.

Red Robin has the Irish Beer shake and the Blue Moon shake.

Mi Taco Village out by the airport is really good, plus byob
Best sushi in town is at Market street! Ha

Wild Burger on 50th has got to be one of my top burger joints ever !!

That place does not know steaks.... They screw up my steak last two times there.
I rather drive to Midland and eat at the Saltgrass Steakhouse.
