Here's my 2 cents:
1. Got cold feet after making the appointment and used "no reviews" just as an excuse.
2. Trying to leverage a discount by using the "no review" as an excuse.
3. Got excited by new (we like new) and made the appointment. Then did their research. Saw $300 for CBJ and said fuck that shit.

The "no reviews" is a just a red herring. If that was true, BP would be shut down.

I think u really need to redo your showcase / website. It is a bit confusing in terms of what you offer, pricing is variably confusing and that is compounded by the no review issue. During the meeting am not sure if am getting the exclusive rendezvous or the non-exclusive one. If am getting the non exclusive one then what do I need to get exclusive and better yet, how different are they. That smells of an up sell which might lead to me losing my investment.

Once those questions pile up in my small head, big head takes over and moves on. Small brain hates those types of dilemmas.

Seriously, decide the asking price for an hour and publish it with a reasonable menu that is clear. Footnote YMMV which not everybody likes but we all understand.

You just got a yes review. You have people interested. Best to just update your showcase and let this go because it will eventuality do more harm than good. I like the fact that you've taken some of the good advice but now is a good time to just ease back.
