Very nice observation, Dragula. No excuses by the provider. When you F up, or circumstances conspire, as apparently happened here, accepting responsibility with hat in hand, is all a person can do.

My only thing is her TCB could be better in that she could have sent a text from the ER at some point and let you know but stuff does unfortunately happen. This lady has never had this issue and always presents well on this Board.

I've had the pleasure of Allison's company on 3 different occasions, even though it's been over a year since the last.
