Most shooting don't show blood? Most news cast may not show areas where's there's blood and they typically don't show a body either. You also have to consider the angle they are filming and time of day. But this shooting in Virginia was filmed up close as it happened. Shit, if that 9mm was loaded with FMJ, being able to move around after being hit would be the norm, rather than the exception, unless there is some sort of CNS hit or a bone broken in hips or legs.
