A police report is not evidence nor proof. Anyone can make a police report about anyone and anything at any given time. The officer is required to take the report and turn it in for investigation.

Thereafter...

Charges, warrants, arrests, detention, arraignments, bail and bond records, records of criminal legal representation, hearings, trials, plea deals, sentences, convictions, probation, parole, etc...these items lend credibility to claims such as this.

I knew this guy but I do not understand why this is am issue with any provider here. I did not realize he was back in san antonio but it sounds like he is in trouble. I guess this is an alert that providers should stay away from him and screen carefully. The article only mentions his name and says the escort is a victim so I guess I am confused on why this is disparaging to anyone here but obviously it hits too close to home for someone. Bottom line is that the ladies should stay away from this sumo wrestler. He was arrested so thats an alert. What this has to do with any real world stuff is beyond me. Everyone should just stay safe.

If the report was in fact about a provider here then linking to it would be linking real world information to that "Member", a violation of the rules and Sheep Herder would be banned.

I have to surmise that the the information linked was NOT about the Provider since we still have Sheep Herder in place.

Which raises the question as to why the thread cannot be restored?
