The fact of the matter is, NC/NS exists in the hobby and it's one of the rudest things a hobbyist or a provider can do. It takes barely a minute to send a cancellation text, so at least provide that little bit of courtesy instead of making someone wait.

Hey bottom line is she has every right to express her opinion or make a
statement, i understand her frustration, it is like sitting at home waiting for
a repair man that never shows up, but in her case this hobby is her
livelihood, bills need to be paid. Keri is about as drama free as they come,
when arrows are flying she is never in the middle, so ya'll be nice to her,
