No doubt about it and hands down, the worst hobbyist of them all, too many good lines to highlight, I laugh my butt off every time I read it.

I called Mamasan (Nikki?) of M & N Relation Spa and requested a late afternoon appointment. She tells me that Lisa is available and to show up in 30 minutes. I walked inside the spa and Mamasan wants me to pay upfront then and there and shows me Lisa smiling and sitting on a chair with another Vietnamese girl (tanned; is that Rose?) right next to her looking at her phone. I agreed to the fee but no hands were exchanged. Lisa gets up and leaves and walks inside the hallway where the action usually takes place. Then Lisa comes out with some bags and things and then Mamasan tells me that Lisa received a call and has to go home. I was like WTF. I thought to myself that Mamasan had my number and should have called me to let me know if Lisa could not see me. Mamasan apologized for the trouble. I asked if the other girl (Rose I think) was available and Mamasan says she does not want to see you. Then I asked about Hanna (heard about her) and was told that she was busy with a client. Mamasan started to work on her pet project, some kind construction thingie for the door or something. She totally blew me off. I made my complaints known but in a polite manner and decided to wait for Hanna. But eventually Rose with a dirty look said no one wants to see you. I asked Mamasan again why I wasn't notified of Lisa's changing itinerary and she was like I don't know why Lisa had to leave, why the girls do whatever they want and that she can't control them. I was shocked. So this brings to mind the old saying that the lunatics are running the asylum. Nikki or Mamasan was passive beyond anything and did not care that she was not taking care of a customer. I even asked Nikki if she would take me in and then she smiled feeling flattered but made an excuse about having another client waiting for her in the backroom. Yeah right while she is fucking around with her silly door like Martha Stewart. I eventually left, feeling frustrated as hell. I can't believe Nikki allows the girls to walk all over her like that. Their behavior was unacceptable and totally unprofessional. There is one word to describe M & N "CRAZY." I WOULD AVOID THIS SPA LIKE THE PLAGUE. M & N has definitely gone to the dumpsters.
