I'll even take issue with that statement on a day-to-day basis. You think a hooker or hooker board is more of a danger to you than the government?
There are users of this website who obtain personal information through alleged "screening" processes and share that information with third-parties including "third-parties" who just want to know. Some call it "outing" when they post it ... I call it a violation of my "right of privacy"!
Yearly, there is some disclosure of a major hack job on a retailer or other private enterprise data bank/base and our GOVERNMENTAL agencies DOD, FBI, CIA, and IRS have been HACKED and the personal information taken ....
Several times a year on here .... disclosure of "secret" recording of sessions is made ...
That's private action .... and more "dangerous" to me on a daily basis than information the Government has (which the Government has had almost all my adult life! .... name, employment, health, income, photographs blah, blah, blah) Originally Posted by LexusLover

The way I'm reading it, this may also affect providers with individual websites who publish snippets of their REVIEWS from various boards, allow comments on their blogs, and link to sites like ECCIE, TER, and P411, since all that could be considered as hosting "content created by someone else."
Many image sharing sites are cracking down already, prohibiting the use of stored pics on sexually explicit recreational forums, and since ECCIE changed the photo standards, going to get harder to post sexy snaps outside of the ones uploaded to Showcases.
This could affect many aspects of our lusty lives, possibly the entire adult services and porn industry. Yes, the profession was around before the Internet, but the capacity to advertise, research, review, and discuss online has made the Hobby safer and more accessible for BOTH sides. This type of ultra-conservatism sends us dangerously back in time even though the world, and technology, move forward. Originally Posted by Fancyinheels
