My .02 is that the VAST MAJORITY of everyone I've seen has treated me honestly and fairly. With VERY rare exception have I had any issues whatsoever, so I consider myself lucky on this aspect.

Actually it's quite easy. This is a business, and I try to treat it as such while still having a great time.
