Cops. Beware.

I’m sure now that it’s posted here they’ll just change up the pictures. Regardless thank you for the heads up! I noticed multiple arrests this past week in the police blotter for “patronizing a prostitute”.

Yeah they’re out there in full force. Not sure if it’s hubby related or not but I saw 6-7 police cars with lights on at the no tell motel on 22 by the turnpike last night driving past it. Something was going down.

Curious how the bust goes down , do you actually have to show up and incriminate yourself by requesting a certain activity , or touching their tits ?

Alright so I texted the girls (cops) about a year ago. It was 3 girls at the same time. Lol. I think I asked about Greek or something in the texts. I got to the hotel. They had me call them. The one cop said you look like the guy we just busted. You and him are gonna be good friends in jail. I did meet the other guy and some others in the holding cells. Oh yeah they took my brand new iPhone also. Instrument of a crime. I was off the next few days and somehow managed to have the wife not find out. Live and learn.

If you're ever unfortunate enough to walk into a situation like that, they'd certainly prefer if you did or said something incriminating to make their lives easier, but at minimum you're almost certainly getting arrested just for showing up (even though current LE guidelines in PA are that charges of solicitation or patronizing are supposed to be "cite and release", but it's ultimately the arresting officer's discretion about whether to take you into custody or not), and if it happens late enough in the day you'll probably spend the night in jail. Whether they can make any charges stick later is not relevant - the point is to make it so inconvenient and embarrassing for you that you'll think twice about risking it again.

Though to answer the direct question above, in general you can only be arrested for a misdemeanor if you commit the alleged offense in the presence of an officer, and they can (again, in general) only arrest you for it at the time it happens, they can't wait until some later time. So just sending a text is not going to be enough to arrest you - you have to actually show up in person. But once you do show up in person, they'll find a reason to arrest you, whether or not it actually sticks later.

There was a 412 number they used also. If you google the number it shows other similar ads and all but the last 4 digits of the 412 number. I just thought it was weird that they used the pics of the actual cops that were doing the undercover work. Also they would not send any face pics. The fact that they're using actual pictures of the girls who are part of the bust is interesting. Those are the hottest looking popo in the tri state area!

Re-using the ad/number is actually smart. The new ads are suspicious but one that has 6 months of history is not.

I’ve mostly learned to never see a girl who’s downtown. I swear every story I’ve heard about busts in Pittsburgh were all downtown. For guys and the girls.

That ad had beaver county in the location and I just read news article saying 16 people were arrested in a human trafficking sting in center township over the weekend. Probably not a coincidence. Any time they arrest anyone they say it’s all in the name of trafficking.
