I imagine when Mr. Bobulinski gave testimony to the FBI, he was sworn in and even if he wasn't, it's against the lie to the FBI whether you are sworn in or not. So yes, at least two people have told the FBI they have information including the shop owner who also talked to the FBI under oath I'm sure.

Plenty if any of this is true and in the past I might have said "and the FBI will tell us" but maybe the council at the FBI changed some documents like in the FISA warrants and Christopher Wrey is the biggest criminal of them all for sitting on what he has to know is critical evidence and he has already been caught holding back such evidence with amazingly no repercussions so far.
