Will Derek Chauvin be guilty of any count or completely walk?

2nd degree is intentional. I see your time away from the board studying law was ill spent. Originally Posted by gnadfly

You are guilty of making an unproven allegation against Chauvin. Consider yourself warned. Originally Posted by the_real_Barleycorn

Guilty on all 3 counts just like I predicted!
chauvin never had a chance

it was a huge emotional verdict

all the forces of nature were aligned against this man

and the emotion was supported by video that had captured the nation

whether the facts supported every charge i wonder about but the verdict is the verdict

This trial was tried and sentenced by the pc cancel cult! The actual trial was just for show!

This honorable man is the one that is seeing direct racism!

where is your moral indignation when many similar incidents of resisting arrest cause the death of white dudes?

you are aware .. yeah .. that there have been at least two cold blooded murders of whites by black men, right?

don't see those suspected crimes getting any press.

tell me what those two cases are. let's see if you know.

i do.
keith ellison now wants true justice, which he says is restorative

what point is he trying to make?

that the crime isn't by one man and the penalty isn't due one man but the crime is due to our collective guilt, a crime by America?

He killed him. Didn't care he was being recorded on video.

Chauvin should get community service cleaning up the spot in front of the sidewalk where a jury of his peers said to him he is guilty of murder.

OJ was guilty. he had better lawyers because he's rich. yeah, OJ is still rich.

Cameras are a game changer. It's getting harder and harder for police to claim that they were "afraid" and needed to use deadly force. In this case kneeling on someones neck for 9 minutes was too far for the jury to believe in any kind of justification.

it's adrenaline. it's the same as being in combat. instinct and training take over.

when you are assaulted by a suspect, you do have the right to defend yourself. yes cops do have that right.

Chauvin wasn't afraid of Big George.

You can't do that shit to people just because you wear a badge. That man was murdered.
