Personally, I hope this judge does let politics affect his judgment. It would be absolutely appropriate, for the treasonous traitor who makes everything political, to have a judge hate him and throw the book at him.

He didn't, however, talk about the judge or his staff in that post. So he clearly understood the gag order. We'll see if he has enough patience to abide for longer than a day or two.
