Immigration Riots

Can anyone imagine as a US citizen going to a foreign country without a visa, and then rioting in the streets while waving American flags when they come to deport you?

I can't.

How disrespectful and irrational can one be? Waving the Mexican flag while blocking traffic on I-101? If your allegiance is to Mexico, and not the US, then you should be eager to go home.

And then?
Since when is blocking the free movement and control of other people not rioting.
One person blocking the free movement of another person let alone hundreds blocking the movement of others is certainly not peaceful.

Depends on the jurisdiction. Often separate charges for riot vs obstruction vs disruption. Some add one for disorderly conduct, trespassing, etc depending on the facts and circumstance.

MAGAs are really trying to play the card of 'well when biden won, we didn't take to the streets' in regards to the protests yesterday.

COME ON are you playing some kind of a bit? Did you all forget about J6 21? Of course you did. How convenient.

I think you can legally run them over in Florida. That should be nation wide.

So let someone else hit them, then jump out and punch them in the kneecaps? Is that legal, because it sounds like assault? I’m so confused.
