They all need to be closed from 11 PM, until at least 8 AM, it would eliminate a lot of opportunities for problems

I did not read all of the replies, but i did see the one about the DA's office now having the guy's contact information. It is POSSIBLE you could be contacted by them and you may even receive a subpoena now. They will do what they can to support their case. As far as the place still being open, i would not get anywhere close to that front door.

I agree on the 24x7 a few years back some would only stay open till 4 am to catch the "I struck out at the strip club but have a boner" crowd. The did not open till 10-11 am

You've just provided that by admitting to it on here. You think it's going to be difficult for them to connect you to this account? They have your ID and now you've identified this username as the person who has his ID seized in the raid. You pretty much made the case for them.

What crime did OP admit to when he was asked for his DL? You don’t have to prove your innocence, they have to prove you committed a crime. They can suspect all they want, but unless they witnessed wrong doing, brother keep on walking. The right to remain silent means you keep your mouth shut and don’t try to justify why you were there.

That’s some terrible advice, let’s say they are smart enough to connect his real life name to his alleged eccie profile, now what? It doesn’t prove anything other than a profile with a creative mind, he would still have to admit to wrong doing. You are being very paranoid IMO. What wrong doing? Having sex isn’t a wrong doing. Paying for sex is. They didn’t have evidence for the transaction. As someone have already said here, keep your mouth shut and no need to be panic.

He didn’t commit any crime at all, but by looking at the license, and either taking a picture of it or writing it down, it’s a bit of a terror scare tactic that the police will use, to do just what it did, cause all of us to be more concerned about it
