Who knew Michelle was 52. There was a guy with "greek-something" in his name, and he was always over-stating girls ages. I guess he was proven right lol.
It's absurd to believe they had a 13 year old being forced to work there. The retardation in this country just gets further and further out of hand every day ~
This case sounds like it's gonna fall apart quickly. First, it's not a FS joint and no evidence of it (hearsay does not work in court), second, accusing a mother of child labor is a tall stretch - no evidence she provided services means no way they accused her of it. I can't wait to see how this works out.
100% in theory, lots of hype but i am not sure how the court will look at L1/2 vs L3, they may just focus on the fact that sexual services were provided and a child was present.
The girl was working on reception. Technically she was not present in massage rooms. L1 is harder to prove since condoms are not present as an evidence. Since everyone is Chinese, there is always an argument of cultural differences and misunderstanding. The case will be likely dismissed. The store will reopen with a new door fee to compensate for losses. Just my bold predictions.
