They did have evidence. They had their eyes on this boat before it ever left Venezuela, tracked it after it left, gave it a warning to stop and/or turn around which they refused to do and had audio of them as well. The Trump Administration did have evidence and knew they were drug runners.

First off, being your quote from the article you linked is from Democrat Senators & CNN, I’ll take it with a grain of salt since the Dems have been everything “No” to anything Trump does. And we all know how the Liberal Legacy Media has treated Trump and his administration over the past decade when it comes to being dishonest & completely biased against all things Conservative. You also conveniently left out a quote from a Pentagon spokesman stating this:
