have mentioned that NOW - Letitia James and her barrister
Abbe Lowell are looking for a "deal" before she's prosecuted.

Jill-the-Shill to explain-away her "two houses as residence" scandal.

Saying that she perchased the other house with no intention
that he would be living there (even though her-own signed documents
say "primary residence") because she was a good Aunt - and bought
the place as a home for her niece and children.

Hmmmm.... Letitia left out mentioning the "primary residence" thing
and the fact that her niece was 53 years old and the children were
NOT children but ages 19 and 24 - with police "rap sheets" a-plenty.

... No doubt Letitia was surely tryin' to garner sympathy from
the shiftless and lazy liberal media - who wouldn't report
the truth of the matter if they tripped over it. ...

But, no worrys - as I'll give ya TRUTH & FACTS of the matter.

... But the "Illegal Fencing" IS currently happing at her NY residence,
that brownstone in the "Clinton Hill" Historical District.

... It would seem that the metal fence surrounding the property
has fencing that is "too high" - it's over the proper allowance
by 45 or 50cm... And Leitia has been summoned to Court about this.

From what I've uncovered - she has ten (10) days to LOWER the height
of the fence or face a fine of up-to $500 dollars.
There will be a hearing before a Administrative Law Judge on 8 October
if needed.

... Now before some o' you mates decide to soak me about this
- lemme say that I wanna make certain that others in Clinton Hill
should ALSO need to lower their fences if required. I do not
believe that Letitia should be the onley one singled out for this.

Bring Summons against ALL of the offendours, I say! ... And it
should NOT be a Political issue! ... Send Summons to BOTH the
Dems AND Republicans! ... (Send to the Democrats first and
IF they correct things - then send to Republicans after.)
