I wouldn't expect any providers to be on SNAP, but I guess some might be scamming the system since this is a primarily cash business. I feel so sad for the kids that will go without food, if they don't fund SNAP. I know there's a lot of welfare theft, but it seems we should come up with a way to find the scammers without taking benefits away from children.
