Small doses, be patient, clinics every couple of months unless you're not sure on a provider. message a veteran before you add certain things in a review (ppl lie, or maybe the provider doesn't want that much traffic)it's your money and time. If you feel anything is off leave. Aim to get out of this the sooner the better.

You have Premium Access so read the reviews. Plenty of info on what goes on, who to see and who to not see.
