Georgia Election Problems - Continued...

... As been already reported, Fulton County has been forced
to make a rather SHOCKING admission: That Georgia had
Unlawfully Certified approximately 315,000 votes in the
2020 election.

Under state statute, each ballot scanner is required to
produce tabulation tapes at the close of voting, and
poll workers must then sign the tapes to certify
their reported totals. These signed tapes are not just the
administrative safeguard, but are central in determining
whether the vote count itself is proper and legitimate.
But without the signed tabulation tapes. there is NO
verified election result. Yet in Fulton County 315,000
early votes were still included in the official totals.

... Now once Fulton County transmitted its early voting
totals to the state - the responcibility shifted to
GA secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. He had a duty
to ensure that the election results were properly
certified and above board. Yet his office surely accepted
Fulton County's numbers on trust and included them into
GA's final result without ever verifying that the proper
and required procedures were followed.

... This FACT is especially important in light of the
events that followed - and President Trump's challenge
to Raffensperger concerning whistleblower revelations.

On 2, January - back in 2021, still-President Trump
called Raffensperger to discuss the irregularities
in Fulton County, and mentioning that the vote counting
there in Fulton County was "Totally Corrupt".
Trump cited that 250 to 300,000 ballots that had been
"dropped mysteriously into the rolls" and noting that
Fulton County had never been checked.

... And in light of what has NOW been revealed -
it surely looks-like President Trump's claim back-then
was DEAD-ON ACCURATE of what had occurred!

... Rather than taking those concerns seriously as
questions of whether the Rules and Laws had actually
been followed, Raffensperger dismissed them outright,
insisting that "we have an accurate election..."

What Sec. of State Raffensperger didn't disclose was that
his chief of staff - Jordan Fuchs - was secretly recording
the conversation in violation of the Law.

Immediately after the call, Fuchs leaked the tape to the
Washington Post, where the very next day it was framed to
create now-infamous narrative that Trump had pressured
Raffensperger to "find 11,780 votes"...

... President Trump's point was not that 11,780 votes
should be somehow manufactured - but Trump was asserting
that large-scale illegality had happened in Fulton Co.
and whistleblowers had pointed it out - which should
call into question Joe Biden's supposed "win"...

... President Trump had a duty to ensure that the elections
are fair and thus free of corruption - and thus wanted
to take the findings and whistleblower claims to a Judge
- which Raffensperger slow-played and thus declined to do.

As Raffensperger's leaked phone call was selectively
edited and used to vilify President Trump and became
a central exhibit to portray Trump as trying to
criminally overturn the election - instead of challenging
that the election was being illegally certified.

... So, President Trump and the whistleblowers there
were CORRECT - and Brad Raffensperger's office has
created a Fundamental Failure by refusing to follow
the basic Rules and Laws. And the consequences of
Raffensperger's sad actions fell onto Trump - for simply
inquiring IF what was suspected about Fulton County
and the state of Georgia were true: that the legal
requirements for counting hundreds of thousands of
votes had been fundamentally violated.

... And they were!

.... So NOW it's past time for those corrupt individuals
who had a hand in this to face charges and accountability
under the Law.

Under Georgia state law, ballots can't be unsealed except via a court order. Most likely at some point a court will order they they be unsealed. When they are, I don't believe they'll provide evidence of election fraud. Btw, I do think the law is bull shit, as the Georgia State Election Board is not allowed to examine the ballots without a court order. Where's the oversight?

The absence of signatures on many of the tapes is the result of incompetence, in a blue county. Election workers forgot or didn't know to sign the tapes. If you don't sign your tax return, the IRS won't accept it. Is that reasonable for ballots too? Should you kick the votes out? I don't think so. Governments in a lot of blue cities aren't capable of dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's, so a lot of voters would be disenfranchised. And the voters didn't screw up. It was the election workers.

Election workers in the recount process sorted overseas ballots (including military ballots) into stacks by candidate. Thus one stack including 950 votes for Biden and none for Trump. Another included 130 votes for Trump and none for Biden.

We know the total number of machine ballots cast in Fulton County, and in the state of Georgia. There was an initial machine count, and a hand count, and a second machine count. And they all pretty much agreed.

Given the agreement in the counts, about the only way you could perpetrate fraud sufficient to change the results would be to have operatives cast a lot of votes. And those votes would have to tie back to registered voters who never showed up at the polls. How could you perpetrate a fraud of that magnitude without people finding out? And what would be the motivation? It would take a real idiot to risk years of imprisonment to try to help elect Joe Biden president.

If there indeed were massive voter fraud in Fulton County, then of course we'd want to see it uncovered. But what difference would it make? Trump still would have lost the election.

Btw, you're not correct about the legality of the recording. Under the laws of both Georgia and Washington, D.C., it's legal to record as long as one party on the call knows it's being recorded, according to Perplexity. Fuchs was on the call.

Let's assume for a brief moment that Trump won Georgia. He still had to win 2 other states from Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, and Pennsylvania if I remember correctly.

The GA election lawsuit argued that the continued counting
ballots at the arena surely constituted a violation of the
state election law - specifically Section 21-2-483(b).

This law requires ALL proceedings at the Tabulating Centre
and Precincts "to be open to the view of the public."

The election lawsuit also alleged a violation of 21-2-493,
which requires the Superintendent of Elections to publicly
commence the computation and canvassing of returns and
continue the same from the day until completed.

Mitchell then asked why it wouldn't be in everyones best
interest to try and get to the bottom and compare numbers.
And then asked specifically what number of ballots the
Sec. of State had concluded were counted at the arena
AFTER the observers were sent home.

Georgia Officials there provided NO answer.

... But there were other claimed violations of the GA
election law. Hilbert mentioned they had hard numbers
for 24,149 votes counted illegally - based on USPS
(American postal service) and the Sec. of State's data.

Which in and of itself is surely sufficient to change the
results or place the outcome in doubt.

Hilbert and Mitchell wanted the Sec. of State to sit down
with them and actually go through the registered voter IDs
and registrations.

But Raffensperger "ran the clock out" by NOT naming
a Judge - and the Certified the election a few day later.

And obviously - Raffensperger and Gov. Brian Kemp were
petrified with fear that a Judge just might look at
the evidence of violations and thus HOLD UP the state
certification - causing either a "re-vote" for the state
or the alternative electors being used.

... So there you have it...

... Fani must not have revealed any of these FACTS to
her mates on the Grand Jury... Of course there's the
odd chance that SHE doesn't even know of them.

... No bleedin' wonder the Legal Scholars surely believe
that her case is severely flawed.
