Plantar fascia from HELL

started a few days ago, can't walk when I first awaken, my heels are killing me.
Trying these & it's not improving much

Thank you, that's an excellent idea.
People with Plantar fascia for years would
definitely have some various relief regimens versus
someone that's just starting out. Saving money in the process.

If your trying to save money get golf ball, lacrosse ball and a ball with spikes on it from Amazon should be free golf ball lying around somewhere and you can by mobility wod balls and packs on Amazon 5-20 dollars

When you sleep, you relax your foot and you calf shrinks stretching that plantar ligament. When you awake and start walking , it pulls it off the bone and keeps aggravating it. This sock is annoying the first couple of nights, but you get used to it. Keeps your foot flexed and allows it to heel.

Ice you arch down every night. Ibuprofen every day and this sock. Cured mine ina. Couple weeks
