I work out 4 to 5 days a week at the gym (biking, weights and hope to start swimming) and try to do things outside on the weekend.Very very nice

Okay here goes my question I been thinking awhile now and wondering about it. Gents and ladies many times do you workout in a week? And why..As for myself I love working out between (4-5 days) a week. I try to change up my workouts like biking, running, walking, weights, basketball. The reason why I love working out it keeps me happy and healthy....Oh and great in bed LOL

I work out mostly due to stress and a demanding schedule. I have a career outside of the hobby and working on a post-graduate degree so I train 6 days a week doing cardio to relieve stress associated with bring a student, being in the hobby and having an outside career to juggle. Working out is my therapy and I've chiseled my body in the past 5 months. I workout everyday- 7 days a week for 2+ hours very hard. I dont see why providers who really want a sexy body, dont do the same. It is like a pro athlete keeping in shape.
