Ladies: References you will and won't take

Ladies, I have been wondering 2 things on references.

1. Are there providers whose reference is as good as gold? Someone that you direct newbie hobbiests to so they can get the reference to see you? Someone that by themselves may be worth the 2 references you usually require?

2. Are there providers who, if used as a reference, will cause you not to see the hobbiest no matter what? If there is a provider like that do you make it known that this could be detrimental for a future appointment?

I wonder item 2 because as I am getting back into the game more frequently I am waiting for the text back "well if you have seen her you are never seeing me" when I had no idea that would be the case. I also was in chat and got on a will not see list cause I said hi to the wrong lady when she entered the room. That has since been cleared up, but has me wondering....

To clarify, no need to name anyone referenced in #2, just wondering if they exist.

Generally, if the provider is verified it makes no difference to me. However, there are some ladies that I know for certain WILL NOT give references. I am not sure exactly why they won't; either they don't remember the guys or they just will not get back to you for their own personal reasons.

Now there are certain ladies that I love to hear that you have seen. The well known quality providers that are easy to work with and are polite and don't get offended when asking for a reference.

I'm pretty sure they won't take the ladies that constantly do not reply to Reference Requests.

I've heard "Damn I hate when the Hobbyist use ProviderA as reference cause she never responds to Reference Requests"

If you're getting back into the game, I'd also suggest you ask the ladies that you're planing on using as a reference if they will keep an eye out for a reference request from the lady you're planning on seeing.

There are some ladies out there that have been around a long time and are super great to work with. Great at quick responses, usually great screeners because they have steller reputations. I may decide to accept one of those verses 2 or 3 of lesser known reputable ladies.

IMHO - Better ladies share and respond as quickly as possible to reference checks

There are a few that make me raise a eyebrow, will I not see you? Depends on who else a gentleman has for a reference. ladies rumored to go BB are major red flags to me.

In chat, I think being friendly and judging is wrong. However if a person plays favorites, ignores others (and i don't mean honestly missing something - it can get moving fast) can't over all be a nice person to every one why would I want to see someone like that? The references can be an inexact science. Is the gal remembering the same guy for sure etc. And, how can the one wanting the reference be absolutely sure that the guy has given his correct handle to the gal providing the reference?

I would think posting history--particularly long term posting history, reviews posted along with new contact initiated by PM is a hard to beat safe way to be sure that you know for sure who you are dealing with--pretty hard to fake PM's.

Those are the ladies I want to avoid. We are in this hobby together, no reason someone should refuse or at least make an attempt to helping another provider out with a reference.

I am a relatively new hobbiest and have a few questions.
1. About these references, what about confidentiality? I personally wouldn't name any woman I had been with out of respect for them. and
2. I have had two experiences with the provider not answering my call once I had driven across town to see them, but would be a little apprehensive about naming them because they could easily post some lie about me in retaliation.

Any thoughts?

aheheheh....we all know whom you're referring to....ahehehh....and there is only one that I know of that fits you're statement......I use to be an unacceptable reference....LMAO....but anyway......most of us are very friendly towards each other and will accept all references if they are from the ole site or have been around for awhile...I don't feel comfortable giving references for ladies that haven't been verified yet........

I give references to ladies all over Texas and other states (when my clients travel).....and truly hope when they use me as a reference they will treat those ladies with the upmost respect and btw, I haven't heard any complaints from the ladies, yet, so thanks guys!


P.S. Looking over the ladies you have reviewed....to one provider they might be considered "risky" because they see numerous clients.

You will find newbie friendly providers that don't give references, also. So when you make your first contact with a provider be sure to ask if they would be offended, if you use them as a reference later in life. Most of us accepted that as safe practice when we joined the review boards.
